Alpina Marine Equipment's mobile service (the "Service") is operated by Alpina Marine Equipment ("Alpina Marine Equipment", "we" or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may change or cancel the Service or its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also change these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By giving consent to Alpina Marine Equipment SMS/Text Messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/Text Messaging from and on behalf of Alpina Marine Equipment via your wireless carrier to the mobile number you have provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automated dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, offers and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you do not need to enroll in this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition for a purchase from Alpina Marine Equipment. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the command STOP to the sender number or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in a text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out via text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Alpina Marine Equipment mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you must unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions in their respective mobile messaging programs. terms.
