Questions about your access

The most important information about your access code and shopping in the stores.

How quickly do I get access?
Access is usually active 5-10 minutes after you receive your code.
Where do I receive my code?
You receive the 6-digit code by SMS and afterwards in a separate email. Remember to enter the correct phone number at checkout.
Is the code only valid for one entry?
No. It is not a one-time code. Your personal code can be used again throughout the boating season.
Can I use the same code at every store?
Yes. The same personal code can be used at all 10 Alpina self-service stores throughout the boating season.
Can I let other people in?
No. The access code is personal. All visitors must use their own access code.
How do I pay in the store?
Pay by card at the self-service terminal. Payment cards on your phone or watch can also be used. Cash and MobilePay cannot be used in the self-service stores.
Are the stores video monitored?
Yes. There is video surveillance both outside and inside the stores.
