This 12 m tarpaulin frame with 4 stanchions is designed for winter covering of sailboats approx. 8–10 meters in length with the mast stepped.
The frame supplements the boom as a load-bearing structure, keeping the tarpaulin elevated along the boat and ensuring water and snow are drained away from the deck during winter storage.
The construction is made of aluminum, and T-pieces, connecting brackets, and poles can be adjusted to adapt the frame to the boat's shape and width. The stanchions are mounted in existing bases on the boat without the need for outriggers outside the hull.
