ABS case for horseshoe lifebuoy is an empty, rigid storage and protection case made of white ABS plastic. It is designed for horseshoe lifebuoy item no. 22.420.00 and provides a fixed location for the lifebuoy on board.
The case features a quick-release opening, allowing the lifebuoy to be removed without delay. It can be hung or mounted on a pulpit or railing, as well as on a bulkhead or other vertical surface.
The case is compatible with horseshoe lifebuoy 22.420.00, which measures 35 × 60 cm. These dimensions refer to the compatible lifebuoy and are not the external dimensions of the case.
Delivery includes only the white ABS case. Lifebuoy, lifebuoy light, line, and mounting clamps are not included. Item no. 22.420.01 is the related complete set containing lifebuoy 22.420.00, floating lifebuoy light 30.584.00, line 22.408.06, and the same type of ABS case.
For pipe mounting of the system, four clamps of type 37.175.81, 37.261.01, or 37.264.02 are documented as relevant mounting accessories. The clamps must be selected according to the specific installation and ordered separately.
