Description
Wind measurement is affected by heeling and boat movement, which distorts the wind measurement from the masthead. The solution to this problem is motion correction from a 3D motion sensor. The H5000 draws its data from multiple sensors, including the gyro compass, to compensate for the wind caused by boat movement and to provide the best wind resolution you can get from an instrument system.
