· Recovery mode detects sudden deviations from the compass due to unexpected waves and ensures that the boat deviates as little as possible from the instrument's waypoint, ensuring faster and safer sailing.
· Gust Response helps the autopilot keep the boat on a stable course in changing wind conditions using input from H5000 or WTP3 instrument data.
· High-Wind Response keeps the boat on a safe heel in extreme wind conditions.
· B&G's H5000 pilot includes a fail-safe system that includes secondary data sources
Pilot Keypad
The Pilot Keypad provides easy and efficient autopilot control and system setup from the dedicated keypad, which is the primary control unit for the autopilot. It can also be used as an additional control unit for a Zeus chartplotter.
