This anatomical and ergonomic boat seat with foldable backrest is a comfortable, upholstered seat for cockpits, helm stations, cabin cruisers, open boats, inflatables, and RIBs. The seat is available as a single or double model and provides good support for one or two people on board.
The seat is upholstered in elastic synthetic leather with a ribbed or paneled surface. The padding consists of Moltopren foam, while the internal frame is made of multi-layer or marine-grade plywood, which ensures a stable and durable construction.
The foldable backrest is mounted with the included stainless steel hinge set, item no. 48.418.04. The backrest has a stop for the driving position and can be opened fully 180° to a reclining or sunbed position. The hinges measure 330 × 60 mm per side in the folded position and 660 × 60 mm in the fully open state. The measurements apply to the hinge set and not the seat itself.
The various seat models can be mounted on suitable seat boxes, storage boxes, tank covers, or seat bases. Compatible bases include item no. 48.295.01, 48.296.01, and 48.296.02. The bases are prepared for the corresponding seat models and must be selected according to the dimensions of the seat and the mounting area.
