This Bera 55 zinc anode is designed for hull mounting and protects the boat's hull against galvanic corrosion by sacrificing itself instead of the hull and other metal parts.
The anode is rectangular and can be used on most leisure boats and larger vessels with standard hull mounting. It is made of zinc and must be replaced regularly to maintain its corrosion-protecting effect.
