This plastic protective cover for the RIVIERA BP2 4″ compass is a removable spare cover and accessory that protects the compatible compass when the cover is fitted. The product is a cover and is not supplied as a complete compass.

The cover is designed as a hood that is placed over the compass front. It is pressed into place in the closed position and can be removed again without screws or a separate mounting kit.

Compatibility includes the RIVIERA BP2 4″, including the historical BP2 Pegasus and Polare BP2 designation. It fits the compass with item no. 25.020.00. The compass has a visible compass card of 100 mm; this dimension describes the compatibility and is not the diameter of the cover itself.

The cover is made of plastic and acts as a separate spare part for the BP2 platform. It must not be confused with the spare cover 25.020.19 for newer 4″ compasses.
