This ball-joint bimini fitting in AISI 316 is designed as a straight end fitting for mounting on the end of a Ø25 mm bimini or canopy tube. The fitting is used as a tube holder in a two-part ball-joint system for biminis, sun sails, and canopies.
The end fitting is made of mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel. The straight design distinguishes this variant from the system’s alternative 90° end fitting and is intended for installations where the tube is to be led directly toward the ball-joint connection.
When combined with a compatible base, the parts form a movable ball-joint coupling. The system features a nylon rotation seat, and the connected parts can be quickly separated by pulling out the dedicated safety pin. This allows the bimini or canopy tube to be released from the base without removing the entire fitting.
The flat base with item no. 46.680.00 and the openable tube base with item no. 46.680.10 are proven base components in the same ball-joint system. Item no. 46.680.20 is the alternative 90° version of the end fitting.
