Pre-assembled shore power cable with plug in a blue finish for power connection between boat and shore power installation. The cable set is 15 m long, rated for 50 A, and is supplied with the plug, protective cap, and contact protection pre-installed.
The three-pole cable has a conductor cross-section of 3 × 10 mm² and an outer cable diameter of 19 mm. The conductors are made of high-conductivity copper, and the double protective sheath protects the cable during use in maritime environments.
The inner cable sheath protects against accidental electric shocks, while the outer sheath is resistant to seawater, corrosion, and oil. The plug is made of polycarbonate and Moplen and features silver-plated brass contacts. The protective cap is made of soft blue PVC.
The plug and cap are pre-assembled so that the cable set can be connected without having to assemble the individual plug parts first. The assembled cable has item no. 14.595.01, while the plug and protective cap have item nos. 14.326.00 and 14.327.00.
The plug fits the matching 50 A socket with item no. 14.325.00, which is sold separately. The standards IEC 60228 and EN 50363 apply to the installed cable.
