This fuel filter with a transparent glass bowl is a compact filter for marine fuel installations and is particularly suitable for outboard engines. The filter has an optimal flow rate of 50 l/h and a maximum flow rate of 250 l/h.
The filter element is made of stainless steel and has a filtration rating of 200 µm. The element is washable and reusable, allowing the filter to be cleaned as part of ongoing maintenance.
The transparent glass bowl can be easily removed when the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced. The filter's compact product dimensions are 110 × 75 × 60 mm.
Spare filter element 17.656.01 is the verified stainless steel 200 µm element for this filter variant. Optional connections are available for 8 mm and 10 mm fuel hoses with M14 × 1.5 thread, also designated 14 MB.
For 8 mm hoses, item no. 17.638.02 or 17.660.02 can be used, while item no. 17.638.03 or 17.660.03 is intended for 10 mm hoses. Connection sets 17.638.02 and 17.638.03 consist of two swivel brass connectors, two hose barbs, and four copper gaskets.
