This chrome-plated brass fuel tank vent with a 90° hose barb is a left-facing 16 mm variant for venting marine fuel tanks. The angled hose barb allows the vent hose to be routed to the left from the installation point.
The vent is made of chrome-plated brass and is equipped with a flame-proof screen. The screen is positioned in the vent path and helps protect the fuel system's vent connection.
The design is intended for through-surface or bulkhead mounting. The visible head section has a diameter of 30 mm. The technical drawing indicates a vertical reference dimension of 100 mm, 68 mm from the vertical center line to the end of the hose barb, and a dimension of 18 mm at the upper mounting/head section. The first two measurements are drawing references and are not indicated as the product's overall external dimensions.
The product is designed in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 21487. The hose barb has a nominal external diameter of 16 mm and is intended for a 16 mm vent hose. A corresponding right-facing 16 mm variant is available under item no. 20.287.91.
