Fuel tank vent in chrome-plated brass with splash guard is a venting fitting for marine fuel tanks. This variant has a straight, downward-facing hose barb of Ø 20 mm and is intended for a vent hose with a 20 mm inner diameter.
The vent opening features a protective screen or grille, which limits the ingress of water spray. The design makes the product suitable for installations where the fuel tank vent is routed through a hull or panel.
The fitting is made of chrome-plated brass with a silver-colored surface. It is installed as a bulkhead fitting using the threaded stem and the associated locking nut. The hose barb points straight down from the fitting and is not a 90° model.
