This fuel tank vent in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel is a 90° angled model for venting marine fuel tanks. The Ø45 mm large head provides a compact finish on the outside of the bulkhead or panel.
The vent is manufactured from cast AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface. The design is intended for through-bulkhead mounting and features a Ø16 mm connection for a vent hose or pipe on the rear.
Installation requires a Ø35 mm hole and is intended for bulkhead or panel thicknesses from 7 to 24 mm. The 90° angled design directs the hose connection to the side behind the mounting surface.
An integrated flame arrestor mesh protects the vent opening. The mesh can be removed for easier cleaning and maintenance.
The vent is designed in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 21487. It is also covered by RoHS 2011/65/EU, Annex II, including amending directive (EU) 2015/863.
