This fuel tank vent in mirror-polished stainless steel is intended for venting a marine fuel tank system. The variant has a 90° angled hose barb for a vent hose with a diameter of 19 mm.
The vent is equipped with a flame arrestor mesh, which acts as an integrated safety component. The hose barb is part of the product, so the vent hose can be connected directly to the back of the thru-hull fitting.
The construction is made of stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface. The total vertical height is 72 mm, while the horizontal projection from the vertical center axis to the end of the hose barb is 56 mm.
The model is mounted through a hull or panel surface using a threaded stem and a fastening nut. The visible vent cap is placed on the outside, while the threaded part, nut, and 90° hose connection are placed behind the mounting surface.
The design complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 21487 for fuel tank systems in small craft.
