The C-shaped stainless steel fender profile product is a 3 m long bar profile in size 20 for protecting the boat's hull side or gunwale. The profile is manufactured in Italy from AISI 316 stainless steel and has a C-shaped cross-section with a width of 19 mm and a profile height of 4.6 mm.
The mirror-polished surface provides a shiny finish, while the steel is pickled and passivated to improve corrosion resistance in saline maritime environments. The material thickness is 1.5 mm, and the construction is intended for external use on the boat.
The profile is pre-drilled with countersunk holes and a hole center spacing of 186 mm. It is mounted mechanically through the holes and combined with a separate PVC base, which supports the profile against the mounting surface.
Compatible UV-resistant PVC bases are supplied separately in 24 m rolls: white 44.481.35, gray 44.481.45 and black 44.481.55. The profile can be finished with the separate end cap 44.484.35 in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel.
