Description

C-shaped fender profile in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel with a profile width of 28 mm and a length of 3 m. The rigid profile rail is used as a rub rail and hull protection along the boat's hull, freeboard, or other exposed maritime edges.

The profile is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and has a mirror-polished surface. It is also pickled and passivated to improve the material's resistance in a salty maritime environment.

The cross-section measures 28 mm in width and 7 mm in height, while the material thickness is 1.5 mm. The profile is supplied as a rigid 3 m rail and is not intended as a roll profile.

Factory-drilled mounting holes with 198 mm center-to-center distance make the profile ready for installation. The holes are countersunk so that suitable fasteners can be placed flush with the surface of the profile.

The profile can be combined with UV-resistant PVC bases in white, gray, or black with item nos. 44.481.36, 44.481.46, and 44.481.56. The corresponding end cap in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel has item no. 44.484.36.
