Combined gas hob and sink with tinted tempered glass lids from CAN is a space-saving built-in unit for compact galley and kitchen installations in boats, motorhomes, and caravans. The FL1765 model features two gas burners, an integrated sink on the right side, and an included hot/cold water mixer tap.
The hob and sink have separate tinted, tempered glass lids with concealed hinges. The sections can therefore be opened independently, allowing the sink to be used while the hob is closed, and vice versa. When both lids are closed, they create a flush work surface. The unit is made of pressed AISI 304 stainless steel, and the removable pan supports have anti-vibration rubber inserts.
The two burners consist of one 1,000 W auxiliary burner and one 1,750 W semi-rapid burner, providing a total rated power of 2,750 W. The unit measures 765 × 355 mm externally and requires an installation depth of 150 mm. The internal dimension is 716 × 340 mm, but this dimension must not be used as the final cutout size without checking the installation instructions.
The gas hob is designed for LPG and features thermocouple-based flame failure protection, which cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. The appliance is classified as a class 3, category I combined built-in cooking unit. The construction follows EN 30-1-1:2008 + A3:2013 and EN 30-2-1:2015 and is CE and UKCA marked.
The unit must be mounted in a robust, heat-resistant, and fireproof countertop or kitchen structure. Installation and gas connection must be carried out by qualified personnel according to current regulations. The glass lids must not be closed while the burners are lit or the hob is still hot. The product is intended for cooking and heating food and must not be used for room heating.
Pot holder with item no. 50.100.49 can be purchased as an option. For the sink drain, you can choose between a 90° drain fitting with item no. 50.186.98 and a straight drain fitting with item no. 50.186.99.
