This built-in gas hob with a tinted tempered glass lid from CAN features two burners and is designed for installation in the pantry or kitchen of boats, motorhomes, and caravans. The FC1336-S variant uses LPG/bottled gas and has manual ignition without a built-in ignition device.
The hob features an AISI 304 stainless steel base with a Scotch-Brite finish and a self-locking lid made of black, tinted, tempered glass. The hidden hinges provide a clean installation, while the pan supports are equipped with vibration-dampening feet, which are suitable for installations in boats and vehicles. When the glass lid is closed, it creates a more cohesive work surface around the hob.
The external dimensions are 530 × 340 mm, and the product height is 105 mm. The mounting aperture must measure 515 × 325 mm, while the specified installation depth is 110 mm. A fixing kit is included for installation.
The hob features one auxiliary (AUX) burner and one semi-rapid (SR) burner with a documented burner output of 1000 W and 1750 W, respectively. The total nominal power is 2750 W. The gas supply is LPG at 28–30 mbar, and the total gas consumption is 197 g/hour. Flame failure protection with a thermocouple shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out.
The product is CE-certified and UKCA-marked. The EU type-examination certificate number is 51CO4387 and covers the FC series under EU Regulation 2016/426 on appliances burning gaseous fuels. The gas installation must be carried out according to the installation instructions and applicable regulations.
An optional pan support with two clips is available as item no. 50.100.49, corresponding to CAN PV1371. Documented spare parts for the FC1336 include, among others, glass lid 3000506, hinge 2000008, thermocouple 4000069, and control knob 4000260.
