Built-in stainless steel gas hob from CAN is a super-compact LPG hob with three burners for installation in a countertop or work surface. Model PC1323 measures 470 × 360 mm and is suitable for compact kitchen installations in boats, motorhomes, and caravans.
The three burners consist of a 1,000 W auxiliary burner, a 1,750 W semi-rapid burner, and a 3,000 W rapid burner. This provides a total nominal power of 5,750 W, making it possible to use multiple pots or pans simultaneously. The burners are ignited manually with a match or a separate lighter.
The hob is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and features a safety thermocouple that acts as a flame failure device. If a flame is extinguished accidentally, the gas supply is automatically cut off. The product is factory-set for LPG and is intended for butane G30 or propane G31 at the gas pressure applicable to the appliance category.
The external dimensions are 470 × 360 mm, and the specified installation cutout is 450 × 340 mm. The hob protrudes 30 mm above the mounting surface and 80 mm below it. It is secured with four screws through the hob's mounting holes. The gas connection is a side-facing, smooth, and cylindrical inlet with an 8 mm external diameter and no thread.
The installation space must have sufficient permanent ventilation, as the hob is not connected to a separate flue gas evacuation system. There must be at least 650 mm from the pot support to a range hood or wall cabinet. Gas installation, leak testing, adjustment, and maintenance of gas-carrying parts must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable local regulations.
Burner caps and flame spreaders can be removed for regular cleaning. Stainless surfaces should be cleaned with warm soapy water, and steam cleaners must not be used. A triple pot and pan support is available as an optional accessory with item no. 50.100.50.
