This stainless steel marine sink with a smoked glass lid and cold water tap is the CAN model LR1760, designed for recessed mounting in compact kitchen and sink modules. The rectangular sink has external catalog dimensions of 325 × 350 mm, internal bowl dimensions of 298 × 328 mm, and a bowl depth of 150 mm.
The sink bowl is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a polished surface. The hinged lid is made of smoked, tempered glass and can be closed over the sink, providing a continuous and usable workspace on the countertop when the sink is not in use.
The included CAN RB1486 cold water tap is made of chrome-plated brass and features a single control knob and a round, foldable spout. The foldable design allows the glass lid to be closed over the sink. The tap measures 136 × 77 × 36 mm and is mounted in an Ø18–28 mm hole.
The recommended countertop cutout is 305 × 335 mm with R40 corners. The product-specific 2D drawing indicates a nominal product dimension of 320 × 350 × 150 mm, while the catalog dimension is 325 × 350 mm. Therefore, always check the sink and the associated drawing before cutting the countertop.
The drain hole is Ø54 mm, but the drain is not included. The CAN LP1800 can be used as an optional drain. Additionally, there is a choice between a 90° side drain, item no. 50.186.98, and a straight drain, item no. 50.186.99. The glass lid for the LR1760 is registered under spare part numbers 3000305 and Z0830305.
The sink is suitable for boats, motorhomes, and caravans, where space-saving kitchen design is important. A mounting kit is not included, and the sink should be installed in the countertop using suitable silicone.
