This Carling plastic mounting frame is a black single mounting and cover frame for one Carling switch or a similar switch. The frame provides a finished edge around the switch when mounted in an instrument panel, control panel, or a similar flat surface.
The frame is part of a modular system where switches and various frame parts can be combined into a complete switch panel. The system includes single switch frames, center inserts, right/left end inserts, as well as blanking plugs.
This variant is made of black plastic and accommodates one switch. It is a mechanical frame component without its own electrical specifications and therefore does not in itself add a specific Volt, Ampere, or IP rating to the installed switch.
The frame is documented for use with switches 14.192.03 and 14.192.23. USB modules 14.195.62 and 14.195.63 are also compatible with the frame system. Always check the switch or module format before installation.
For the same frame system, there is a black center insert 14.197.01, a black right/left end insert 14.197.02, and a black blanking plug 14.197.04. The corresponding white frame for one switch has item no. 14.197.63.
