Carling Technologies Contura II illuminated rocker switch is a panel-mounted ON-OFF switch for 24 V installations. The switch has two fixed positions without spring return and can be used for general electrical control within the specified load limit.
The switch has four terminals and a maximum load of 15 A at 24 V. It is equipped with two white 24 V bulbs, which provide two separate lighting functions.
One bulb illuminates the symbol constantly, making the switch easy to find in the dark. The other bulb illuminates the marker below the symbol when the connected load is activated. The functions require a separate Contura II rocker with the relevant light fields.
The sealed construction is rated IP56 and is designed for snap-in mounting in a panel. Installation requires a rectangular panel cutout of 21.5 × 36.8 mm.
The symbol rocker is not included and must be ordered separately. The switch is compatible with separate Contura II rockers in the 14.193 and 14.194 series, so symbol, color, and finish can be chosen according to the function of the installation. Neutral rockers without symbols include, among others, item no. 14.193.09, 14.193.39, 14.193.69, and 14.194.09.
