This Carling Technologies Contura II illuminated rocker switch is a maintained ON/OFF switch for panel mounting in 24 V electrical systems. The switch features red LED illumination, four terminals, and a maximum current rating of 15 A at 24 V.
The dual lighting function allows both for locating the switch in the dark and for seeing when the connected load is activated. The symbol area can be constantly illuminated, while a separate light indicator in the slot below the symbol turns on together with the connected function.
The switch is water-resistant according to IP56 and is mounted in a rectangular panel cutout of 21.5 × 36.8 mm. The snap-in panel mounting provides an integrated installation in instrument dashboards and electrical control panels.
The actuator cap or rocker with the desired symbol is not included and must be ordered separately. You can choose between compatible Contura actuator caps with various symbols and finishes in the 14.193.01–14.193.99 and 14.194.01–14.194.29 series.
The switch can also be mounted with compatible panel frames in the 14.197 series. The series includes black and white frames for single switches as well as center inserts, end inserts, and blanking plugs for modular switch panels.
