The impeller is installed in the engine's water/cooling pump in the lower unit around the driveshaft. The flexible impeller rotates in the pump housing, ensuring the circulation of cooling water through the engine's cooling system. The bore is machined with a keyway for a drive key, also referred to as a key drive.
The flexible part is made of neoprene and features six blades and a plastic hub. The inner diameter ØA is 13.97 mm, the outer diameter ØB is 51.2 mm, and the axial width C is 19.05 mm. The item is supplied as an impeller only, without gaskets or other service components.
