This CEF water pump impeller for Suzuki outboard motors, model 500367N, is a flexible aftermarket impeller for the engine's cooling water pump. It circulates cooling water through the engine's cooling system and cross-references to a number of original Suzuki impellers.
The impeller is made of neoprene and features a nylon hub with a keyway drive. It has six flexible vanes, an inside diameter of 24.4 mm, an outside diameter of 86 mm, and a height of 31.7 mm.
Compatible engine models
For Suzuki 4-stroke engines, compatibility includes the DF90 from 2001-2008, DF100 from 2009, DF115 from 2002-2010, DF140 from 2002-2010, and DF175 from 2006-2010. For Suzuki 2-stroke engines, it includes the DT115 from 1981-2001, DT140 from 1986-2001, DT150 from 1987-1996, and DT200 from 1986-2003.
The overall engine rating is 115/200 HP for 2-stroke and 90/115/140 HP for 4-stroke. OEM no. 17461-90J01 is also used in several later DF115, DF140/DF140A, DF150, DF175, and DF200A/AP/AZ variants. Full model code, serial number, and existing OEM number should therefore always be checked.

The impeller cross-references to Suzuki OEM no. 17461-94500, 17461-94510, 17461-94511, 17461-90J00, and 17461-90J01. Number 17461-94510 was superseded by 17461-94511, which was subsequently superseded by 17461-90J01. The separate Suzuki impeller key has part no. 09420-05009 and is not listed as included. Water pump kit 17400-90J20 as well as the earlier kit numbers 17400-90J11, 17400-90J10, 17400-90J01, and 17400-90J00 use the same impeller type for relevant DF90, DF100, DF115, and DF140 applications. For relevant DF150, DF175, and DF200 variants, kits 17400-96J02 and 17400-96J21 are available. The selection of a complete water pump kit depends on the engine and market variant.
