CEM SBR self-priming bronze single-screw pump is an electric 24 V DC marine pump for emptying waste tanks, pumping black water from toilet outlets, and handling viscous liquids with minor solid particles in suspension. This variant has an installed power of 0.37 kW and a maximum capacity of 50 l/min.
The pump operates with a helical rotor rotating inside an NBR rubber stator. The design allows this self-priming pump to transport media that can be difficult to handle with standard centrifugal pumps. The maximum head is 40 m.
The pump housing is made of bronze, while the shaft and rotor are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel. The coupling consists of AISI 316 stainless steel and NBR, and the mechanical shaft seal is made of ceramic, graphite, and NBR with a corrosion-resistant construction.
The permanent magnet motor uses 18 A at 24 V DC and operates at 1,400 rpm. The motor has an IP44 protection rating, insulation class F, and S2 duty cycle, meaning the pump may run for up to 40 minutes at a time.
The total length of the pump is 450 mm, and the connections are 1 inch. The technical drawing also specifies the mounting dimensions A: 125 mm, B: 100 mm, C: 120 mm, E: 280 mm, F: 40 mm, H: 180 mm, and I: 160 mm. The net weight is 12 kg.
The variant designation is SBR-24V, and the manufacturer code is EP02.SBRR.S01. Check the connection dimensions, power supply, and required pump performance before installation.
