Classic ABS Y-valve for blackwater systems is a manual diverter valve for marine toilet and blackwater installations with Ø 38 mm sanitation hose or pipe. The valve directs the discharge through one of two selectable outlets.
The Y-valve can be used to select between direct discharge and collection in a blackwater tank. It can also be installed after the tank, where the flow is diverted between discharge via a macerator pump and pump-out at a shore facility.
The valve housing is made of ABS and has three hose connections for Ø 38 mm hose. The valve is operated manually via a lever and is prepared for remote control via a push-pull cable. The integrated mounting base allows for secure installation.
The total product dimensions are 140 × 150 × 150 mm. The dimensions are provided as total dimensions without separate definitions for length, width, and height.
The valve has a documented system relationship with the universal 26-litre blackwater tank, item no. 50.144.25, where it is used as a bypass/Y-valve in installations with a manual toilet. In this configuration, a separate discharge pump is also used, such as item no. 50.527.00 or 15.268.01. Tank and pump are not included.
