This Clever deck filler in technopolymer and stainless steel is intended for the boat's fuel filling system. The variant features a straight, ribbed Ø50 mm hose connector and a cap marked with FUEL and a fuel symbol.
The body is made of technopolymer, while the cap features an over-molded, mirror-polished stainless steel surface. The flush design provides a low profile above the deck, and the total vertical dimension is 80 mm.
The cap opens quickly with a quarter turn. Once the cap is open, it is held by a safety lanyard that can be replaced if damaged. The red, star-shaped interior element makes the fuel variant clearly recognizable without dominating the exterior design.
The deck filler is mechanically mounted through the flange's three fastening holes. The Ø50 mm ribbed neck is designed for connecting a filler hose dimensioned for this diameter.
The Clever series received an ADI Design and Innovation Award in 2018 for the family's design.
