Clever deck filler is a complete, straight deck filler for filling a marine fuel tank. This variant is marked FUEL and features a hose tail with a 38 mm outer diameter for connecting a Ø 38 mm filler hose.
The housing is made of technopolymer, while the overmolded cap is made of mirror-polished stainless steel. The flush design provides a low and discreet cover on the deck. The internal, star-shaped colored element makes it easier to identify the filler without dominating the appearance.
The deck filler is mounted through the deck with the flange on top of the mounting surface and the hose tail below the deck. The flange has three evenly spaced mounting holes, and the height below the upper part is 80 mm. The design is intended for a system with a filler hose and does not allow for a fuel nozzle to be inserted directly into the filler.
The cap opens quickly with a quarter turn. An internal safety tether keeps the cap connected to the housing, and the tether can be replaced if damaged.
