By virtually closing the air control holes, you can lower the temperature when using a CobbleStone. The Premier Air Deluxe has all the benefits of the Premier + with the new lid, which provides more air intake and better circulation, so the core temperature of the grill can be up to 70 degrees hotter than in our other briquette grills.
