This Cruiser 32 A shore power connector is a 3-pole, cable-mounted marine connector for connecting a boat to a 220/230 V shore power system. The connector's nominal rated voltage is 250 V, and it is intended for a current of 32 A.
The connector is manufactured from blue PA6 nylon and features an ergonomically designed grip. The high-performance contacts are engineered with a focus on efficient power transfer, while the compact design makes the connector practical to handle when connecting and disconnecting shore power.
A rotating locking ring secures the connector firmly to a compatible Cruiser 32A boat inlet. When the connection is locked, IP67 protection is achieved. When the connector is not in use, the attached rubber cap provides IP44 protection against the ingress of water and foreign objects.
The product measures 168 mm in total length and has a maximum diameter of 85 mm. It is supplied without a cable and must be mounted on a suitable shore power cable. The design complies with the European safety standard IEC 60309-5.
Compatible Cruiser 32A inlets
The connector can be used together with inlet variants 14.432.01, 14.432.40, 14.432.11, 14.432.21, and 14.432.31. The inlet is sold separately.
The connection can be used in the boat's shore power installation to supply, for example, a battery charger, water heater, and 230 V power outlets, provided the installation is correctly dimensioned.
