This Cruiser 32 A shore power cable is a 15 m long, pre-assembled cable for connection between the boat's Cruiser shore power inlet and a compatible 32 A shore power pedestal on the pier or in the harbor. The cable is supplied with a Cruiser boat connector and a fitted 3-pin 32 A male plug on the shore side.
The cable's outer diameter is 14 mm. The Cruiser connector has an ergonomic grip and is secured to the boat inlet with a twist-lock ring. The locking ring secures the connection and creates an IP67 seal when the Cruiser connector is correctly coupled with the corresponding boat inlet.
The Cruiser connection complies with IEC 60309-5. When the Cruiser connector is disconnected and protected with the rubber cap, it is rated IP44. The included shore plug is also IP44, so IP67 does not apply to the entire cable set in all conditions or at both cable ends.
The shore plug is item no. 14.335.02 and is made of UV-stabilized polycarbonate. It has a cable gland as well as an integrated cable stop and cable holder, which provide mechanical strain relief for the cable connection. The shore plug is CE-marked and manufactured according to European standards.
The boat connector is compatible with Cruiser 32 A boat inlets with item nos. 14.432.01, 14.432.11, 14.432.21, 14.432.31, and 14.432.40. The shore side connects to a compatible 3-pin 32 A shore power pedestal.
