This D-shaped fender profile in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel is a 3 m long protective profile with a profile section of 21 × 5.5 mm. It is mounted on the outside of the boat hull and protects the surface against contact, wear, and minor impacts.
The profile has a low, D-shaped construction and a mirror-polished surface. The linear weight is 700 g/m, which corresponds to 2.1 kg for the complete 3 m profile.
The factory-made mounting holes are positioned with a 185 mm center distance. Each hole has a diameter of 4.25 mm and a countersink of Ø8 mm, allowing the profile to be mechanically fastened with countersunk screws.
A white, semi-rigid PVC base with item no. 44.480.18 can be used as an optional backing for the 21 × 5.5 mm profile section. The mirror-polished AISI 316 end cap with item no. 44.484.20 can be used for a flush finish of the profile. The PVC base and end cap are accessories and are not included.
The delivery unit consists of one 3 m profile.
