This chrome-plated brass deck filler is intended for a marine diesel filling system with a Ø 50 mm filler neck or hose connection. The cap is marked with the text DIESEL and a fuel symbol, so the filling point can be quickly identified.
The 30° angled connection neck is intended for mounting on slanted filling and deck surfaces. The deck filler is mounted via a screw-on flange, which is completely hidden by the cap when it is closed. The angled design for slanted filling surfaces is in accordance with ISO 8099/1.
The integrated opening system allows the cap to be opened without a key, coin, or other separate tools. The cap's full coverage of the mounting flange also contributes to improved watertightness around the cap and flange.
An internal safety chain holds the cap during refueling and reduces the risk of it being lost. The product's maximum outer diameter is Ø 88 mm, and the design is RINA type-approved.
