This deck filler in mirror-polished AISI 316 with integrated vent is designed for filling diesel on boats and other vessels. The cap is clearly marked DIESEL and features a fuel symbol, making the filling point easy to identify.
The filler neck has a nominal diameter of Ø50 mm for connection of the tank filling hose. The integrated, angled vent has a nominal connection of Ø16 mm, allowing for tank filling and tank venting to be combined in the same deck-mounted unit.
The special mounting system allows the neck to be installed through a single Ø50 mm hole in the deck. The unit is secured under the deck with a locking ring, while the cap has a nominal diameter of Ø82 mm. The protrusion above the mounting surface is 14 mm, and the nominal diameter of the locking ring is Ø74 mm.
The filler neck, cap, and locking ring are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The mirror-polished surface provides a smooth finish suitable for visible deck mounting. The neck component has a designed total height of 91 mm as well as a main tube with an external diameter of Ø48 mm and an internal diameter of Ø44 mm.
The vent nozzle has an actual external diameter of Ø15.5 mm and an internal bore of Ø13 mm. Documented threads include G 1 1/2-11 and G 2 1/2-11 on the unit's components.
