Deck filler in mirror-polished AISI 316 with integrated vent in the WATER variant is intended for filling a water tank on a boat or vessel. The filler neck has a diameter of 38 mm, and the cap is marked WATER.
The integrated tank vent combines filling and venting in the same deck-mounted unit. The vent connection measures Ø 16 mm, so the tank vent can be routed to the deck filler without a separate deck fitting.
The special mounting system makes it possible to install the neck in the deck through a single Ø 50 mm hole. The construction includes a cap, vent opening, ring nut, sleeve, gasket, and connection part. The cap measures Ø 82 mm, while the fixing ring measures Ø 74 mm.
The deck filler is made of AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface. After installation, the protrusion above the deck is 14 mm.
During installation, the water tank's filler hose must fit a Ø 38 mm neck, and the vent connection must fit Ø 16 mm. The WATER marking indicates use for a water tank, but does not in itself constitute a separate drinking water approval.
