This deck filler in AISI 316 stainless steel is intended for filling gasoline on boats. The cap is marked FUEL, and the straight hose nozzle has a nominal diameter of 50 mm.
The precision-cast construction is made of corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface. The external deck flange measures Ø 88 mm and provides a shiny, silver-colored finish on the deck.
The deck filler has an opening cap with key locking, and a key is included. The flange completely covers the mounting screws, so the screws are not visible from above after installation.
The model is mounted through a Ø 52 mm cutout and secured in three countersunk mounting holes. It is non-vented and therefore has no integrated tank breather. The connection is nominally 50 mm and is used for fuel hoses of this size; compatibility with 51 mm/2" hose is also indicated.
The deck filler is RINA-certified and suitable for installation in a marine gasoline tank system. Check the actual dimensions of the hose, the installation cutout, and the need for a separate tank breather before installation.
