This deck filler in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel with integrated vent is intended for filling diesel into an onboard tank. The diesel version has a filler neck of Ø 38 mm and a cap with a diameter of Ø 82 mm.
The integrated vent has a connection of Ø 16 mm. The design combines the filler neck and vent in one deck-mounted unit and includes the cap, cap vent, ring nut, bushing, gasket, and tank/filler part.
The special mounting system allows the filler neck to be installed through a single hole in the deck. Installation requires a hole of Ø 50 mm, and the unit is secured with a ring of Ø 74 mm. The protrusion above the mounting surface is 14 mm.
AISI 316 stainless steel and the mirror-polished surface provide a smooth, uniform finish for visible deck mounting. The product is specifically designed for diesel and must not be confused with the family variants for petrol or water.
The deck filler can be supplemented with an anti-theft device for diesel-marked filler caps, item no. 20.569.02. The accessory is mounted using the fastening screws without removing the existing filler neck.
