Diesel filter with hand pump is intended for filtering diesel fuel in marine fuel systems. The integrated hand pump acts as a manual priming pump for filling and priming the fuel circuit.
The filter housing is made of die-cast aluminium and has a flow rate of 65 l/hour. The maximum external dimensions are 160 × 100 × 92 mm, which allows for assessing the required installation space without confusing the measurements with the dimensions of the packaging.
The unit features five threaded ports with M14 × 1.5 thread, also designated 14 MB, and is supplied with three plugs for blanking off unused ports. The specific port configuration and flow direction must be selected in accordance with the installation requirements.
Connection to an 8 or 10 mm fuel hose requires appropriate fittings, which are purchased separately. Single fittings with item no. 17.660.02 and 17.660.03 as well as swivel fitting kits with item no. 17.638.02 and 17.638.03 are compatible with the filter's M14 × 1.5 ports.
The replaceable filter element has item no. 17.666.10. When dimensioning the installation, the filter's flow rate, threaded connections, and the chosen fuel hose must be suitable for the diesel system.
