This high-strength slide with 180° hinge from Douglas Marine is a movable and lockable component for a rail system for large sprayhoods and biminis. The slide is designed for constructions with 25 or 30 mm tube frames and allows the angle of the fitting to be adjusted in relation to the rail.
The rail slide is made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel and has a hinged bracket with 180° movement. The position can be secured along the corresponding rail with 15 mm spacing, allowing the sprayhood or bimini frame to be positioned in increments.
The product measures 90.4 mm in length, 44 mm in width, and 68 mm in total height. The lower slide/base part is 33 mm high. The nominal pin/hole size is 8 mm, while the through-hole is Ø8.2 mm.
The slide is mounted on rail 46.673.00, which measures 30 × 1200 mm and features a two-part construction that conceals the mounting screws. The rail is not included. End cap 46.673.02 is also a separate system component, and 2 pcs. are used per rail.
