Electric 3-stage square table leg in anodized aluminum is a height-adjustable telescopic column for boat tables that can be installed both inside and outside on board. The table leg is available for both 12 V and 24 V systems and is developed for smooth, quiet, and reliable operation in maritime environments.
The electric telescopic construction adjusts the table height from 378 mm in the fully retracted position to 778 mm in the fully extended position. This provides a total adjustment range of 400 mm, while the movement speed is 35 mm/s. The construction is dimensioned for a maximum load of 100 kg.
The square column consists of three telescopic profile sections of 110 × 135 mm, 130 × 155 mm, and 152 × 177 mm respectively. The top and bottom plates measure 200 × 200 mm and have four mounting holes of Ø8.3 mm with a Ø17 mm 90° countersink. The hole pattern and mounting geometry are 170 × 170 mm.
The anodized aluminum construction has IP66 protection, an integrated drainage system at the base, and is suitable for installation in, among other areas, the cockpit, cabin, and other exposed areas on board. Operation of one table leg requires a momentary switch of the (ON)-OFF-(ON) type. For 12 V systems, switch 14.192.03 and control unit/receiver 48.831.12 can be used. For 24 V systems, switch 14.192.23 and control unit/receiver 48.831.24 are relevant solutions. Control unit 48.730.02 can be used for customized minimum and maximum heights, which must be specified when ordering.
