This Easy battery main switch is a manual switch for safe connection and disconnection of the battery in an electrical installation. It is intended for flange mounting and can be used at up to 24 V DC with a maximum capacity of 100 A.
The housing is made of black technopolymer and is supplied with a waterproof protective cap. The cap protects the operating area from water exposure, but the product has no documented IP rating. The live contacts are made of copper, while the operating pin is made of brass.
The flange has a diameter of 58 mm, and the total height is 74.5 mm. The housing diameter is 27.7 mm, and the housing height is 53.2 mm. The mounting holes are Ø6.5 mm with a center distance of 38 ± 0.1 mm. The terminal/stud diameter is 9.4 mm.
The switch is specified for a maximum contact voltage drop of 300 mV at rated load. The insulation resistance is at least 1 MΩ at 500 V, and the dielectric withstand voltage is 1000 V for 1 minute. The documented operating temperature range is from −40 °C to +80 °C.
