This additional mounting counter-flange for the recessed bushing for Ø38 mm carbon fiber pole is a separate mounting part for the recessed bimini pole system in the 46.814 family.
The counter-flange is used together with the straight recessed bushing 46.814.00 or the 6° angled recessed bushing 46.814.01. Both bushings are intended for carbon fiber poles with a diameter of 38 mm. Ø38 mm is therefore a compatibility measurement and not the internal diameter of the counter-flange itself.
The mounting part is made of stainless steel. Drawing dimension A is 100 mm. The technical drawing also includes a specification of Ø7.50 mm, but the function of this dimension is not specified further.
The product is supplied as an extra counter-flange and is not the complete recessed bushing. The hinged cover, seal, and drain preparation belong to the overall bushing system and are not independent features of this mounting part.
