Epifanes Rapidcoat with UV filter – Colored Wood Protection with Satin Finish – Easy and Quick Application
Epifanes Rapidcoat is a semi-gloss one-component varnish with added color pigment and effective UV filter. This varnish provides quick and easy wood protection without the hassle of sanding between coats. Based on a hard-wearing alkyd/urethane resin, Rapidcoat delivers a beautiful satin finish (gloss 40) and is ideal for renewing weathered wood surfaces. It is designed to provide maximum durability, UV protection and long life with minimal work.

Application:
Epifanes Rapidcoat is ideal for protecting and coloring:
- The boat's woodwork above the waterline.
- Teak deck and accommodation.
- Other interior and exterior wooden surfaces where a quick, easy and colored treatment is desired.
- Oily woods such as teak and iroco.
Application:
Make sure the wood surface is clean, dry and lightly sanded (grit 80-120) before first application. Stir the varnish thoroughly before use to ensure a uniform color. Apply four-five coats with a good brush or roller, 5-6 hours apart, without sanding between coats.
