The Epropulsion Spirit 1.0 EVO is an electric outboard motor that is equivalent to a 3HP petrol engine. The hydrogenation function is great for a sustainable sailing experience.
Battery
The motor is delivered without a battery. Epropulsion lithium battery rnr. 1194767 can be purchased separately. The outboard motor thus gets a 1276Wh large lithium battery for long range. approx. 56 km at 4.5 knots. The removable battery floats if dropped in the water.
Spirit 1.0 Evo remote controls
By purchasing a control with an LCD display, you can see the charge level, voltage and remaining sailing time. Choose either tiller control or throttle.
Digital display
You have access to real-time power, remaining operating time, battery level, operating voltage, etc.
Electric start
Press one button and you're ready to sail. No more tiring pull-cord starts.
Magnetic MOB switch
Stops the engine in an emergency.
Hydrogenation
The engine uses hydrogenation to generate power for the battery while you are sailing. When the boat gets above 4 knots, it starts charging the battery. This means when you use the engine on, for example, a sailboat, the resistance on the propeller will generate power when you are not using the engine. However, max 10 Amp charge at 10 knots.
MOB bracelet
Waterproof and wireless safety bracelet, which is an optional accessory. The bracelet immediately shuts off the engine in the event of a man overboard.
The outboard motor can be tilted out of the water - tilt 0º, 7º, 14º, 21º or 85º and the motor has a 2-blade composite propeller size 11' x 5.8".
