This ergonomic, upholstered boat seat with an integrated flip-up bolster is designed for the helm or cockpit of a boat. It serves as a comfortable single-person chair for steering, maneuvering, and other maritime tasks where the operator needs to switch between seated, standing, and leaning positions.
The flip-up front bolster allows for a flexible seating position while also reducing the seat's footprint when folded up. The construction combines a stable plastic and aluminum core with high-density (HD) foam padding. Depending on the version, the seat is supplied with a finished vinyl cover or ready for the installation of a custom upholstery.
The seat measures 530 mm in width, 570 mm in depth with the bolster in the extended position, and 500 mm in total height. The central, usable seat width is 410 mm, while the backrest measures 400 mm above the seat line. The required swivel clearance is Ø 685 mm.
The mounting plate measures approx. 289/290 × 182 mm. The mounting points have a center-to-center distance of 254 mm longitudinally and 127 mm laterally. The hole pattern includes both slotted and round mounting holes. Always check the hole pattern as well as the load rating of any pedestal, swivel plate, seat slide, or adapter before installation.
