This EURO Harness deck safety harness is a deck safety harness for children and young people with a body weight of over 20 kg and up to 50 kg. The harness is intended for use on board leisure craft, including in exposed cockpits and on working decks while the boat is in the water.
The harness is made with soft polyester straps and features a flat waist belt held in place by two shoulder straps. The adjustable quick-release buckle is made of stainless steel, allowing the harness to be adjusted to the user and closed quickly.
Two attachment rings allow for the connection of a safety line. The rings are independent of the harness closure buckle. A safety line is not included and must be selected separately.
The variant corresponds to size 2 according to ISO 12401:2009 and is intended for a body mass of over 20 kg and at most 50 kg. It is manufactured in accordance with UNI EN ISO 12401:2009 and Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on personal protective equipment.
The harness is a maritime deck safety harness and must not be used as an industrial fall arrest harness for working at heights. It is also not intended as a dinghy trapeze harness, windsurfing harness, or seat harness for high-speed motorboats.
Compatible safety lines can be selected separately, including 23.156.00, 23.156.02, 23.151.66, 23.151.67, and 23.151.68. None of these safety lines are included.
