Fastening clips for hoses and cables in the 25/32 mm size are closed Elematic ECAV 32 clips for retaining a single hose, pipe, or cable with an outer diameter of 25-32 mm. The sales package contains 25 pieces.
The clip features a two-piece construction with a saddle and a closing top. The snap lock closes the clip around the retained object, while elastic internal wings and centering elements help keep it aligned. The wings hold the object in place while still allowing for some longitudinal movement.
The construction is made of gray PA6/nylon in color RAL 7035. Side profiles with a dovetail design allow multiple clips to be connected side-by-side when multiple hoses, pipes, or cables need to be routed in parallel.
Mounting is performed through the central, elongated screw hole, which allows for minor adjustments during alignment. The clip can be mounted on walls and ceilings and used in conjunction with relevant light fasteners of types T6, UCX, and E, as well as suitable direct fastening.
The release resistance is 31 daN, corresponding to approximately 310 N. The material has a fire rating of HB according to UL 94 and is glow-wire tested at 650 °C according to IEC 60695-2-12. The operating temperature is -30 °C to +55 °C, while the mounting temperature is -5 °C to +40 °C. The product is intended for retention and should not be confused with a tensionable hose clamp for sealing hose connections.
